How it works
Send photos and the address, or ask us to come and look. We measure, agree on the scope and give you a price before any work starts. If your fence needs a city permit, we tell you before we begin, and we recommend you check your HOA rules before building a new fence.
Who it is for: Homeowners, landlords, investors and property managers with wood fences around houses, rentals and common areas.
Fence height, location and corner-lot visibility are regulated in Austin, and some fences need a permit. We will flag that when we quote.

Common questions
Do I need a permit for a fence in Austin?
Sometimes. The City of Austin requires a permit for fences in a floodplain, fences over 7 feet high, and some other cases. We tell you if yours needs one before we start.
Do you repair pool gates and pool fences?
Yes. We can replace latches and hinges and repair pool fences and gates so they meet the required specifications. Tell us what is wrong when you request the quote.
Can you repair just a few boards or posts?
Yes. Small repairs are quoted the same way as bigger jobs, and we only replace what needs replacing.
Can you stain or seal my fence?
Yes. We clean the fence, let it dry, and apply a stain or sealer that restores the color and protects the wood from sun and moisture. Most Austin fences are worth re-sealing every two to three years. Send a photo and the approximate length and we will quote it.
Do you haul away the old fence?
Yes. Removal and haul-away can be included in the quote.
Need a fence fixed or built?
Send us photos and the address and we will quote the job.
